THE PROJECT

A soup-to-nuts 360 campaign and brand repositioning to position Crate & Barrel as a leading retailer in the kitchen category. The campaign rollout took place over the course of 2020-2021, during the height of the pandemic, with a majority of creative executed remotely or under strict Covid protocol.

MY ROLE

As Editorial Lead, I partnered closely with a partner-in-crime Sr. Art Director, creatives, and an in-house team of marketing and product managers. I developed the brand manifesto, Make Every Day Delicious, to reflect Crate’s new kitchen-and-cooking-centric brand positioning. We used customer data and insights to guide creative, including Crate & Barrel’s first-ever kitchen-exclusive catalog, a branded cooking series, “Ready, Set, Prep,” branded chef demos, to influencer marketing campaigns and branded editorial content for notable brands, such as KitchenAid, LeCreuset, Zwilling, and Cuisinart.
